Shipping Policy:
We offer free standard shipping across Australia. Currently, we do not ship internationally. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but typically range from 3–7 business days.

Return Policy:
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team via email at support@yanaa.com.au. Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Our services are available only within Australia.

Yes, we accept international credit cards through our secure payment gateways, Stripe and PayPal. However, please note that we currently only ship orders within Australia.

All applicable taxes are included in the item price at checkout. There are no additional sales tax charges for Australian customers.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
