Returns & Exchanges
1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
2. Process for Returns
To return an item, contact us at support@yanaa.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange process.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as sale items or those marked as final sale, cannot be returned.
